Returns Policy:
 
* Faulty goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition.
* Replacement (if available) will be given on our receipt within 30 days of sale.
* Credit or refund will be given if goods not available.
* It is customer's responsibility (after informing us by email and our subsequent agreement to return postage cost and method) to pay for and send the item back to us.
* If item is found to be faulty within 30 days of sale we will refund the return postage costs.

    Expensive replacement filters

    Love this machine, been running it this afternoon and already I'm noticing a difference in my allergy symptoms. It works at a good pace but at full speed you wouldn't be able to hear a tv without knocking up the sound a good way. At medium speed it sounds like you're on an Emirates flight. Quiet function is ok for the likes of me who can fall asleep to the sound of a fan however if you're not used to any kind of noise at night I would suggest running it through the day time in the bedroom to clear the air for sleep. On the down side to replace the filters will cost more than the price of a new unit since VonHaus don't make these units or replacement filters any more.

    Dangerous

    First item bought was faulty, motor was still on in the off position with resistance which ended up in horrible burning plastic smell. Got a replacement and the same issue. It's a fire hazard and should not be sold. Not sure how it got so many good reviews, if you look at reviews elsewhere they all mention this issue with bad reviews. Only buy if you want to burn your house down!!!

    Quiet! great value for money! looks good! very satisfied :)

    I did my research, for I was concerned about noise. This product has 4 settings, one of these is quiet or night mode and is indeed very quiet at this setting. I have only had it a short while, so far so good, very good value for money and it does indeed perform well. I do not have anything to compare it with as I have never had one before but I am 100% satisfied with look and quietness :)

    Wow this air filter system is 100% fantastic for the £36.99 I paid looking at others in comparison it out does them in price first of all and quality, yes it’s a bit loud but so are other famous brands, buy this air purifier and be amazed I was. 100% worth every penny and more. I’m so happy I had to write a review. It does its job as cleaning the air for allergies and the rooms feel clear and cool and fresh. So good I’m purchasing another one again.

    efficient air purifier.

    does remove things like wood smoke and other smells.Don't see dust motes in sunlight so must remove dust.So great performance. However the first purchase would not re-set after changing filters - reset button faulty. 2nd purchase very noisy as had vibration - obviously faulty. Being pleased with performance we tried again and this one seems OK - see what happens when need to reset.
