I received a much smaller bag compared to where been described. When I requested a return they acted on this immediately and gave me full refund. good communication to resolve conflict but please ensure the item you re purchasing has correct dimensions.

I was excited to receive this not for long item is not a large bag it is tiny not as pictured it would not hold much I asked for a refund got a partial which I accepted could not be bothered with the hassle messages etc neutral feedback because quick reply and refund the bag is not at all like the pictures
