The item gave wildly inaccurate blood pressure readings. It was returned exactly as it arrived. The vendor refused a refund as they claimed an instruction book was missing. There was no such item in the unsealed box when opened. Their replies were unhelpful and a refund was only received after I explained that I would be approaching eBay admin for help.
