Terms and conditions of the sale
Please check what is the shipping method assigned to the item you have purchased. If the item presents a high risk for courier shipping, you must collect it in person, so please expect an email from us, stating the address you should go in order to collect it.
 
If we have committed to deliver the item to you there are some terms and conditions that apply to the delivery options. Please be aware of the following:
 
1. If you have purchased a SMALL / MEDIUM SIZE ITEM
- the item will be delivered using DPD.
- please make sure you have an updated mobile number on your eBay account to receive text updates related to your delivery.
 
2. If you have purchased a BIG SIZE ITEM ( washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc )
- the delivery will be made with Pallet Ways or Panther.
- due to the insurance policy, the item will be delivered in from of the premises or the nearest access point ( in front of the house, in front of the building in case of flats ). You will be required to collect it from there, so please make sure you will have someone ready to help you.
- make sure you have an updated mobile number on your eBay account as we will call /text you between 1 and 3 hours prior to de delivery.
- if you don't answer your phone or you are unable to collect the item as scheduled, we can rearrange the delivery, but you will be charged with a £50 fee. The delivery will be rearranged only after the £50 fee has been paid. Every extra day of storage for the purchased item will be charged with £25.
- if you unable to receive the item and decide to return it, you will need to pay the £100 delivery fee.
 
FAULTY RETURN POLICY
 
Any faults related to the purchased item, that are not object of warranty ( I.e. damages during delivery, defective item etc.), should be addressed to us in 72 hours since you have received it. We will not be able to honour a refund/replacement for this matter afterwards.
When returning the item, please make sure its packed properly it its original box and it has all the components and parts as well. If any of the components are missing or you fail to pack it in its original box, a penalty fee up to 50% of the item price will be issued and needs to paid to receive a replacement. If you choose a refund the penalty fee will be deducted from the full refund amount.
 
For any additional information please send us a message using the eBay platform. All messages will be replied within 72 hours from he moment we have received it.
