Please note that we are not responsible for delivery times unless you pay for a guaranteed next working day service such as Special Delivery or Business Post Courier service.
 
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will usually be posted out same working day wherever possible. Orders received outside these hours will be posted next working day, therefore an order received over the weekend, will be posted on Monday. There is no posting on UK Bank Holidays.
 
All prices include VAT where applicable.
 
Goods are sent by economy uinsured delivery unless you pay extra for a tracked service. There is no tracking for goods dispatched by standard First or Second Class post. If your order exceeds £20, we will automatically send it by tracked economy delivery.
 
The buyer has a duty to select a suitable delivery address where a signature can be obtained if necessary. Delivery times are between 7.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We are unable to specify a guaranteed delivery time between these hours.
 
The buyer will be responsible for contacting Royal Mail to arrange redelivery of any goods where delivery could not take place if the addressee was not in at time of delivery.

Here in 3 working days by Royal Mail (with free p&p). Vertuo pods but 'Use by Date' in 2023 (no mention in description or photo showing that this was not a future 'Use by Date'). As cost was much more than Nespresso website plus, I think, Royal Mail postage personally I am a bit disappointed. Nespresso had no stock for over 12 days when I tried to order. Good communications & service though. Buyer beware when using internet and item is sight unseen without a minimum of important information!

    Brilliant toy

    Totally wonderful gadget. Great depth and richness of sound, ridiculously portable, and very cute. My only niggle is that it has no volume control, meaning I have to hunt for my phone, tablet, etc (which could be the other end of the house), which can be a pain if, say, a youtube track comes on that is unexpectedly deafening - but otherwise it's fab. Game changer, as they say.

    Small item - BIG sound

    Great size especially for travelers but the sound far exceeds the size. Very very easy to link to phone and very easy to control . Had the JBL flip3 but it developed a fault so I changed brand and very happy with the outcome.

    Good sound & user-friendly

    Sound is quite full with OK bass; too much bass for speech if the bass boost is on. Very compact and easy to use. Excellent for Zoom & Skype, as well as for all the stuff available on e.g. my laptop. Good Bluetooth range; you can take it round the house with you. Top button pauses whatever you're listening to.

    I was so excited to find this speaker. It connects to my Google phone very quickly and the sound quality is great. I ran it under the tap whilst in use to test it's waterproof abilities and it works absolutely fine. It is slightly heavy however small so easy to carry around. I often hang it in the shower whilst showering and it packs a punch. I would definitely recommend this product!     Just ordered a second one!!

    Really like these speakers, great for indoors and outdoors. Just ordered a second one to benefit from stereo sound and I am really pleased with their performance. Great round the house as you can also just have the two connected in mono and have multi room music :)
