Perfection. I was not even 100% certain if this would work on my 12 year old LG LED TV but reading reviews about it being generic I ordered it. I just put the batteries in from the old one and it worked. I was blaming the batteries on the own one as I had never had a TV remote break down before. At only 4.99 to replace its a great bargain as I was expected about 30 for an original LG one before looking. It arrived 2 days earlier than originally stated as well. Many thanks.

Good replacement
This is my 3rd remote since buying my LG TV nine years ago. While nine years is possibly the longest lasting flatscreen TV I've owned, I just think LG could have made their remotes to last longer than 2-3 years. I've had previous remotes from other TV brands that have worked far more efficiently and sensitively from the weirdest angles and distances. But somehow LG falls down on this, and this is the second LG TV I have owned, both with the same remote problem. But that is not the fault of the seller who delivered on time and in excellent packaging, so despite the very long review, I am quite happy.
