Sent me a battery instead of phone and all the other stories followed, how it was sent in error etc. I had to get eBay to step in for my refund. I wonder why they’ve not taken this seller off their platform.

I Ordered a Samsung A15 from here said it was dispatched waited a few days went to collect the phone but then thought it looked a little to small the package for a phone opened it up only to find a WATCH inside no phone just a watch seller made excuses up it was a 3rd party who was doing the dispatching I didn't buy from 3rd party brought from seller. I like others have been scammed/robbed by this seller STEER CLEAR NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL reported to Ebay as fake seller

Avoid this seller at all costs as they are a scammer. They send a low value item instead of the item purchased, then the return label they supply has an incorrect address (which doesn't match the 'return address' on the original shipping label) which Royal Mail are unable to deliver to so it gets returned back to the buyer. Zero contact after that, so had to get ebay to step in and organise the refund
