I knew eBay's "expected delivery tomorrow" was unrealistic, though the courier was quick once it was dispatched. New phone at very good price but my sight-impaired father-in-law wouldn't be able to read the display (not backlit and not enough pixels), so I requested a return. The woman in customer service had mentioned free returns, so I questioned the shipping fee on the eBay system. Next thing I know, the company had refunded the money and told me to keep the phone!
