Seller had excellent communication and sooner than expected posting and delivery. The machine itself is brand new and as described. The buyer kindly included a bag of coffee beans too. When the box arrived it was very battered and torn (original packaging from Jura) so I questioned how new the item was but it turns out this was just a packaging sleeve. The original box could have been in better condition but otherwise very pleased thank you.

Fantastic seller. Incredibly high value item marked down massively below RRP as it was a return/open box, but arrived in like-new condition and covered by a massive 5 year warranty (3 years longer than the official manufacturer warranty offered by other retailers, even when buying new). Also offered a partial refund out of their own pocket after I just missed out on using an eBay discount voucher. Can't recommend Peter Tyson enough.

A Step Up from the amazing JBL Charge 5
Purchased the amazing JBL Charge 5 recently and was so impressed - with the quality product & sound reproduction I went ahead and also bought the JBL Xtreme 3 the same week - & was even more so impressed with that speaker - which basically is a larger more powerful version of the Charge 5 - same design and quality build - but more pumping sound! So after purchasing both the above - I also ordered the JBL Boombox 3 (being delivered on Monday 11/03/24) which again looks like it will be an upgrade on the Xtreme3 - all the speakers are in the excellent camouflage colouring which is an excellent choice. Must stop now I'm very happy with all three of the Bluetooth Portable Speakers - each will be used in different ways. Charge 5 excellent size for taking away on holiday & fit's nicely in a ...
