Topmove Traveller - Initial dispatch with Hermes never progressed (had this happen before with other sellers) so it was way overdue. I contacted the seller whom then resent with Parcel force quickly. The big box it came in absolutely reeked of mouse pee. The case was ok though - and "damp marks" means mould, as expected. Dried and cleaned up ok and the bag is alright for the price. Bulk sale off a submerged shipping container from Asia I suspect.

Item delivered on time. The trampoline was new in box, but when we tried to put it together to check it was ok for Christmas, there was a part missing. I contacted the seller & they tried to help, but there was no part in any of the other items in their inventory. Maybe an omission or maybe a mistake in the instructions. But I was then offered a full refund. Though disappointed something was wrong with the trampoline, I'm leaving positive feedback because of good customer service. Thank you.
