As description says" fully working".well not in my case?.would not connect to any network,so I knew it was faulty.seller was reluctant to believe item was faulty,but finally accepted that it was faulty and ,to his credit,sent out a replacement,which , suprise suprise, connected straight to network.phones should be sent in a box ,to avoid this issue,even if have to pay slightly more(I have had phones sent from other ebayers in a box for around the same price and no damage).
