Recieved used item which seller is selling as New. Don't buy these batteries you will recieve a used depleted or defective batterie with no warranty. Notice picture is taken from a distance so you cannot see the condition. Sent in a jiffy back, with no protection or box packaging. Will be raising aa case with ebay as seller will not accept return or offer refund. Buy at your own risk. I have over 1000 feedback 100% and the seller is says I'm lying and trying to cheat him.....you decide!

This was the first buyer that has tried to scam me, he had said that his battery was used and faulty. We accepted the return of the item and when received, it was his used battery that he returned in exchange for our new one. We refused the refund and he sent negative feedback. He then forced a refund with eBay to keep our new battery for free. eBay refunded out of their pocket and let me keep the money I earned as they suspected something shady with the buyer but had no solid proof. Thanks eBay
