RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR SIMILAR
 
If the buyer wants to return the item within 30 days they will be liable for safe and insured return postage - the item must come back unused (sealed if the item was sold as new sealed)undamaged and complete with all supplied accessories and packaging otherwise deductions may occur during refund process. All returns need to be authorised by us, once the return is received and inspected, refund will be issued.

Any warranty provided with our sold products will be clearly listed within the actual listing of that particular product (If the warranty is not stated within the listing then we shall cover it for 60 days only from purchase). This will cover genuine issues only, we would like to be very clear that our warranty shall not cover any damage or faults caused due to abuse/Misuse/accidents, this includes but not limited to Cracked glass/screen, Chipped glass screen, pixel damage,blank screen etc).Water damaged products, microfone faults,software glitches OR any power related issues are also excluded from our warranty.
We shall cover all batteries for a 45 day period only (Unless specified otherwise within any listing), as this is an item that deteriorates with time and may need replacing.If after this period the client needs a battery change, we can provide them with this service at a VERY low price, we shall also not charge labour.
We shall repair, replace in that order.If a product needs replacing then we shall send out a like for like. Products sold as "faulty" shall have no warranty at all.
 
New items:
Once seal has been opened, THE CUSTOMER WILL THEN LIASE WITH MANUFACTURER for all warranty purposes, we shall not take any liability for any issues.
 
 
Returns:
Accessories when bought alone
 
Your satisfaction is key to our long term success. If any of the accessories you buy from us do not meet your personnel standards then you are more than welcome to return it back within a 14 day period (from received date).
 
Accessories as part of an iphone/ipad deal:
These will be all generic and we shall provide no warranty for these at all.
 
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return costs, and to make sure that all electricals are safely packed (insured)and are securely delivered back to us in their original unused, re-sellable condition. If a returned item requires testing, adequate time must be given to carry this out.
If the returned product has been used or is not in its original new condition then we have the full right to reject or to charge between 10% - 15% of the sale value. Items returned due to incompatibility may incur a handling charge.
 
Any electricals returned after 30 days may not be accepted or may even be subject to an 20% administration fee.Any Phones Or IPads Returned Due to APPS incompatibility or a change of mind May Be Subject to a stocking fee,Postal costs and admin costs deduction prior to refund.
 
Note: Mobilechief is not always obliged to give refunds, and do so at our own discretion. All refunds are issued within a 5 working day period. (Except busy periods)
 
If a returned item requires testing, adequate time must be given to carry this out.
 
Phones returned without being restored shall be restored without the customers permission and we shall not be held liable for this.
 
Customers can expect major delays in repairs/replacements/refunds if a handset has been sent back without the icloud account/passcode being removed.
 
Physically damaged items will not be replaced or refunded.
 
Our ebay store is for selling to end consumers only and our stipulated warranty shall apply to end consumers only, we do not sell to traders via our ebay platform, we will block such traders and will also void warranty on products sold.
 
IP67 Rated and Water Resistance:
 
Although certain devices are classed as IP67 rated, water damage WILL NOT be covered under our warranty for any device purchased through us. Use in water is up to the user and no liability will be taken by us should any water damage occur during its use in a liquid.
 
 
Most of our used handsets are sold under the second hand marginal VAT scheme unless specified.
 
Finally, we will cancel all orders that are asked to be delivered to any parcel motel address due to to many fraud cases, we apologise for this in advance.
