The seller offers a price for the item much lower than others but doesn’t add in the description that buyers from outside the European Union must pay additional customs duties.I paid for the seller’s shipping and additionally received a letter from the courier company with a customs duty fees so the purchase of sunglasses was more expensive than from the other sellers.I asked the seller to divide the cost in half but no answer.I don’t recommend shopping from this seller.The customer service 👎

Good morning, we are sorry for this but we cannot know any duties that each non-EU country may have on imported products; if you buy a product in Europe you have to take into account that they may be there. Splitting a cost relating to customs duties on a product that costs €300.00 in the list price and you pay €178 is unsustainable for us, we sell almost at cost price and leaving negative feedback for this is not correct, it is necessary respect for those who work. Very bad customer service. Price never mentioned I have to pay £211 on customs and duty because I am in the UK! False advertising and super bad follow up from seller and from ebay who have advised me to pay these and they will reimburse as this was an error! Is this how customers are treated now? I would not recommend to buy from this seller in Italy ever again and I ask for eBay to correct this issue today and reimburse what they promised. bad treatment & ebay promise not delivered
