Terms and conditions of the sale
Cancelling your order / Changing your mind
 
You have the right to cancel your order prior to despatch and anytime up to 7 days after receipt of the goods. You must put this in writing to us by email, by using the contact us link located within your account.
 
If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost and we strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery/ Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on this website.
 
- The product must remain sealed
- The product must remain unused
- The goods must be returned with all packaging
- You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them in their original and undamaged condition
- The product is returned with its original receipt/invoice
 
If non/all of the above are not met by the customer, we reserve the right to issue a 15% restocking fee of the original purchase price paid by the customer.
 
Goods excluded from the right to cancel
 
- Unsealed products such as computer software, computer hardware, computer flash memory, memory cards etc. A customer does not need to remove a product from heavily sealed packaging to see if the product is fit for their purpose or it is compatible for their own or third parties use. Compatibility of these types of product can be established/confirmed before purchase.
 
- You must take full care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit otherwise this may preclude you from obtaining a refund.
Once you have notified us that you are returning your order and we have issued you with a RMA number, once we have received the goods back undamaged, you will be refunded or credited within a maximum of 28 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your payment card for the goods (excluding any return postage costs) .
 
- If you return used goods then we have the right to refuse with immediate effect unless the goods are faulty.
 
Faulty or incorrectly described goods
 
In the case of faulty or incorrectly described goods please notify us (as described in this section), return the goods yourself at your own cost (unless otherwise agreed) and risk, in this case, we strongly recommend you use secure packaging and an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
 
All goods returned as faulty will be checked and if found to have no fault will be returned to you. We have the right to charge a return administration and carriage fee of £1.50 if no fault is found with any goods returned. No refund will be processed until the returned goods have been received back into our warehouse and fully checked.
 
Exchange of goods
 
You are welcome to exchange any goods purchased from this website provided they meet the criteria set out in the section 'Cancelling your order / Changing your mind' and criteria set out in the section 'Obtaining a Returns Authorisation Number' located on this page.
 
We have the right to charge a return administration and carriage fee of £1.50 for an exchange of goods.
 
Refunds

Deliveries

- UK Customers. You must inform us in writing within 21 days from the date of despatch if you fail to receive your item. Day one being the next available working day after despatch,
 
- UK Missing items. We will replace any items that fail to arrive to the customer after 15 working days from despatch, by us. Royal Mail state in their Terms & Conditions, that items will be classed/agreed and understood to be/as lost after 15 working days from posting date. We cannot and will not issue any replacements until this deadline has passed. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are agreeing to accepting these Royal Mail Terms & Conditions.
 
- Worldwide Customers. You must inform us in writing within 31 days from the date of despatch if you fail to receive your item. Day one being the next available working day after despatch,
 
- Worldwide Missing items. We will replace any items that fail to arrive to the customer after 25 working days from despatch, by us. Royal Mail state in their Terms & Conditions, that items will be classed/agreed and understood to be/as lost after 25 working days from posting date. We cannot and will not issue any replacements until this deadline has passed. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are agreeing to accepting these Royal Mail Terms & Conditions.
 
- Missed items/Missed Delivery. If you are unable to take a delivery for any reason, i.e you are not available/present at the premises when the delivery is attempted then your package may be returned to the delivery courier/postal service's sorting office/depot. You may be required to re-arrange collection of your package at your own convenience/arrangement. We will not be responsible for any missed deliveries at any premises. If your package is returned to us, due to you, the customer failing to collect/re-arrange a new delivery date/schedule with the courier/postal service then we reserve the right to conduct one of the following;
i) If you agree to us re-sending your item once it arrives back to us, then we reserve the right to issue you the customer with a 'reasonable' return postage/carriage charge to cover our cost of re-sending the item, packaging fees and administration fee. We will inform you in writing about this and request your consent to issue/charge you this charge.
ii) If you request a refund, then we have the right to deduct a re-stocking fee on postage/carriage free purchases, from the original purchase price of the sale, to cover our initial outgoing postage/carriage/courier charges. We will inform you/notify you of this cost to us, in writing to you, before processing the refund to your original payment method.
iii) If you have paid for Royal Mail Special Delivery or an additional Courier on top of the purchase/product price, then we will deduct this amount in full (cost paid by the customer) from the original sale amount. We will inform you/notify you in writing before processing the refund. We will refund you in full for the item value purchase you paid on this website, at the time of purchase or what is on your invoice.

    SanDisk Ultra Flair 128 GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive a good product at a good price

    It's fast, and it works with my Amazon Firestick, which other brands have continually given me 'problems' with. (Others weren't recognised by the Firestick, or wouldn't retain the information (.apk files) that I copied/installed to them, but this one works admirably.) Sadly, the information offered with the Flash Drive informs you to download the software for it from the SanDisk website, but it's not there. This MAY be because the Ultra Flair is a new product and the website simply hasn't 'caught up' with the products they're selling, but I PROBABLY wouldn't have used the software anyway, so it's no biggie for me.

    I wanted this unit to store music files on to use in my in-car system. The memory stick stored more songs than I thought it would, however it would not play in my car system, I can only assume that it was because it is a Type 3 unit. I used a smaller memory stick which works fine so I am disappointed, but I guess it my mistake for not checking if high quality sticks work on my system. The memory stick is now in a drawer.

  • Light and small, metal USB stick which is reliable and has a good transfer speed for its price :)

    I have previously bought this product from Tesco Direct, but they have since closed. Also, PC World (Curries) are too expensive, so this is a good price. The product is small, so be careful not to lose it. I use it at home so I keep it in its packet, so that I recognise where it is put. If you do keep it loose, then I suggest hanging it on a lanyard for safe-keeping. Also, if it is kept loose then you may need something to cover the USB end since it is left open and it does not have a lid. The device is sturdy since it is made of metal, but if it is used for very long periods of time then it may heat up. I have used my ones continuously for 2 hours or so and they have been fine, but I suppose if they are needed for longer then you should transfer files in blocks so that it does not heat ...

    Best price and value for this top quality product. The transfer speed to the encrypted vault still takes time because each file has to be encrypted but is faster with the latest version of the software. When the disk is inserted into the computer it will look for updates. Update software before use otherwise will have to backup all saved files before updating that will take time unencrypting the files to backup before the latest software can be installed.

    Slim , stylish , nice looks and loads of storage space , ok , maybe not the full 128GB , but what the heck . At such a great bargain i had to have one to reduce the amount of 16GB & 32GB flash drives in my collection , now my many thousands of photos are in one secure place . I also have peace of mind to know it is a quality product in 'Sandisk' , i'm sure i'll be ordering another one or two in the future .
