Hi, we received the hoverboard today but I’m afraid the charger is broken. The box looked a bit damaged. Could you please send a replacement charger? It’s the end that’s broken, the end of the lead that goes from the rectangular converter that plugs into the hoverboard. Other than that it looks like a great hoverboard. We can’t wait to use it.
