The TV is easy to set up and worth to buy a magic remote control. However the picture quality a bit dark as factory settings but easy to fix to switch off the eco mode and change the manually the factory picture settings.

Setting up was ok but I felt I had to buy the magic remote to get the full use of the tv - for some reason it won't automatically tune in to Virgin Media when the tv is first switched on, it's London Live so you have to manually input it every time which is a nuisance. Picture quality is quite dark but I can't find how to brighten it slightly so I'm just putting up with it. I've put yes in the tell us more as there was no middle ground answer, reasonable would be my honest answer so it would be unfair to put no.

HD to 4K UHD upscaling works really well, crisp pictures with standard Freeview HD input, BBC iPlayer Beta has a couple of UHD programmes to see the full 4K HLG experience and looks great, makes 'normal' tv look a bit bland. No magic remote so limited screen brightness adjustability, can buy seperately for 30 pounds or get um7500/7600 which include it. Standard remote easy enough to use. iPlayer a doddle to use compared to PS3/PS4 I was using previously. Sound quality is good overall, no need to rush out and buy a soundbar. Only gripe is that speakers face down and curved stand doesn't help acoustics, easily fixed with some black card as a cheap fix to bounce sound forward. Picture is great so overall very impressed and pleased with purchase.

Really pleased with the TV which arrived on time, and was very well packaged. Sound is very good, picture also. The bonus is the built-in satellite receiver. Early days but very optimistic.

For the money, this TV is top notch. You have to be realistic when buying anything on a budget, and I wasn't expecting much for this 4k TV. I bought it for occasional use in my man-shed so it didn't have to be anything spectacular. However, this TV far exceeds my expectations. In my opinion, it's even better than my main TV in the house, which cost around £700!
