The Ebay Seller was professional, courteous and attentive at all times. However, the Courier service "Yodel" was embarrassing. Their Online Customer Service (Live Chat) was like a "Tug of War". Pulling customers from side to side and reading form different prepared scripts. To be honest the situation reminded me of the Post Office Scandal... No one was telling the truth regarding the whereabouts of my parcel. The parcel was eventually delivered after 14 days.

    Great but small control panel

    This seems very good from a security point of view and is easy to use. The problem is that when you want to set it up and unlock it the control panel is very small and can be hard to read, it is usable but could be better

    Does the job at a reasonable price

    Against other Encryption Flash Drives it is extremely good value for money. I like the robust rubber construction which will obviously withstand accidental drops and bumps. Menu is easy to use for even inexperienced users. As it is new to me I cannot at his time vouch for "Longevity"

    Doesn't work on newer Mac OS

    Advertised as being compatible for Mac OS but it will not run on the latest OS versions. After a bit of research, I found out that it's because the program needed to run the secure folder is 32 bit and Mac have stopped supporting it.
