I think it should be compulsory for all sellers to have proof of sending. This item was won on bid so it was cheap. It had not arrived by the estimated date. This was because the seller had not paid enough postage which I had to pay which was £2.50The seller told me he was not queueing up at the post office for a low price item, well in hindsight if he had, he would have known there was not enough postage paid and he would also not have had to refund me. All sales are important.

At the time of posting, 26 September, the postage paid, via eBay and based on an accurate weigh, was correct. I would suggest therefore that Royal Mail is fault here (as they have clearly failed to process it before the prices rose on 2 October) rather than me. Not withstanding this, had you explained the situation to me, rather than jumping to the ridiculous and immediate accusation that I had not bothered to send the item this could have been sorted out. I trust you will enjoy the magazine.
